Stockbridge Vibration Damper

Stockbridge Vibration Damper is a rotating fork multi-resonance Vibration Damper founded by Stockblique, and is mainly
used in the dissipation and dispersion of impact energy on the cable caused by wind.
Conductors:
For use on conductors ACSR, AAC, AAAC, ACAR types, earthwire and fiber optic cables.
Advantages:
Damper adopts special tuning fork type structure, it can generate four resonance frequencies which can cover actual
OPGW cable vibration range. After installing damper the vibration amplitude of cable syn tony reduce so as to suppress
the conductor vibration and ensure the life of cable, with satisfactory result in resisting vibration.
Standard:
The DL/T 1099 anti-vibration hammer technical conditions and test methods.
Materials:
The vibration damper clamp is made of aluminum alloy, the counterweights are made of gray cast iron, the other parts
are made of hot-dip galvanized steel.
