Suspension clamps are used to hang conductors or ground wires to insulators or link fittings to tower arms and substation structures.

The body and keepers of the suspension clamp are aluminium alloy,of which the cotter-pin is stainless steel and the other parts are
hot-dip galvanized steel.
Application:
The suspension clamp is mainly used to support, fix and connect bare wires, conductors and insulators to form a string, and also to
protect wires and insulators.
Structure features:
The suspension clamp can withstand the installation load of the conductor in the vertical span, and does not allow the clamp to slide
or separate from the insulator string when the line is in normal operation or when the line is broken. The pole tower using this clamp
has a large bearing pressure.

Suspension Clamps (Envelop Type)

The clamp body and pressing plate of the CGH aluminum alloy bag-type suspension clamp are made of high-strength aluminum
alloy, and have undergone a heat treatment process, which has no hysteresis effect and has energy-saving effects.
It is recommended to replace the high energy consumption XGU series malleable cast iron type suspension clamp.

Suspension Clamps (carried-up Type)

Malleable cast iron and steel parts are hot-dip galvanized. The overhang angle of the overhang clamp is not less than 25 degrees,
and the radius of curvature is not less than 8 times that of the installed wire directly.

Suspension Clamps (trunnion Type)

The styling products often used in overhang clamps now retain the U-bolt style (usually called the boat clamp), which is composed
of the hanger U-bolt, the clamp hull made of malleable cast iron, and the pressure plate. The other is a pre-twisted suspension
clamp. The overhang clamp is used to fix the conductor on the insulator string of the linear pole tower, or to suspend the lightning
conductor on the linear pole tower, and can also be used to support the transposition conductor on the transposition pole tower
and the fixing of the jumper of the tensile pole tower.
