S26 ALL TERRAIN SINGLE-CORE CABLES
Single-core aluminum
Use
- Realization of urban and rural MV links
- MV networks in private industry
- Laid directly without additional mechanical protection and without adding sand and without backfill control
(all-terrain MV cable)
Description
1. Rigid wired core in aluminum or class 2 Cu
2. Extruded semiconductor screen
3. PR insulation (XLPE)
4. Fluted and peelable semi-conductor screen + swelling powder
5. Aluminum tape adhering to the sheath (Laid lengthways)
6. PE sheath (category C2 NF C 32-070)
7. Smooth upper sheath (resistance to abrasion and impact)
Special points
- Rated voltage Uo/U:
between 12/20 (24) KV and 18/30 (36) KV
- Test voltage ≈ 3.5 Uo (KV)
- Bend radius is the same as the standard cable
- Damping of mechanical stresses to the nature and shape of the upper sheath
- Impact, abrasion and puncture resistance
- Maximum loss of 1% of admissible intensity compared to the cable without upper sheath
Constitution
- Triple extrusion at the same time of the internal semi-conductor, insulator and fluted external semi-conductor.
- The cable is insulated in cross-linked polyethylene with a radial field.
- Longitudinal sealing is ensured by a swelling powder in the presence of humidity.
The upper sheath allows the cable to be laid without adding sand to the trench, it is compatible with existing tools.
