COMPOSITE STATION POST INSULATORS
Introduction:
Composite post insulators like most of composite insulators consists of a cylindrical solid insulating core made of resin impregnated fibers which bearing themechanical load. Polymer post insulator core is protected by outer housing made of silicone rubber. The load is being transmitted to the fiber glass core by metal end fittings.
Advantage:
Light weight, small size, easy fortransportation and installation
High cantilever strength, good performance for seismic shock resistance
Super performance for anti-pollution
Low maintenance cost
Application:
Fixed to iron cross arm to support conductorsand provide mechanical load and insulation
Color:
Red, Brown, Gray or Customer's requirement
Applicable Standard:
IEC, GB, BS, ANSI, AS or Customer's requirement
